Just powercoated my mirrors, whilst in the oven the mirror glass came unattached.

Any suggestions on what to use to reattach the glass?

reheat the mastic and press back on
2) most auto stores carry the mirror adhesive gunk, it's some type of black putty crap
3) silicone

After baking in the oven, the mastic ran and there isn't enough to hold it in place...

I'll check the local autoparts store.

3M double sided double stick. Works.

If silicone, check for if they have a type for reataching mirrors. i thought normal silicon 'could' affect the protection on the back of the mirror.

(Could also be a stunt of the manufacturer of the brand i saw...)

Black automotive " shoe goo" works like a charm if you let em dry properly.
