I have a set of rear light relocators cut. They are presently polished but can be powdered in about a week. Here is a pic :

Price is $80 shipped. This is just the brackets, not the lights. You can find pretty good led signals on ebay (I got mine for $35) but if you get leds you will probably need a load balancer.

will these work with the stock turn signals? do you have to rewire for them to work?

No not at all. They are pretty much under the butt of the passenger.
