We have a perfect opportunity here to capture the results of different pipe combos, power adders and displacement increases will all the bikes being tested on the same day. What makes it great is that the runs were on the same dyno with the same atmospheric conditions. Please post the year of your bike, displacement, performance modifications, rear tire size and your resulting horsepower.

Please do not add comments to this thread, only your results. This will make a good reference for all those considering changing their stock pipes as well as those that want a different set of aftermarket pipes.

Almost the same setup as you two but I hit at an even 140 hp...

I'll throw all the blame on the 240 Dunlop, had it been a Metz I would've given you guys a run for your money :rofl:

Buell rear wheel with 210 x 17 Metzler with 40 PSI
1373 motor (with Destroyer heads and cams), eletcric water pump, extended oil pan, 6 nozzle injectors, 58MM TB....
V&H Indy pipe with baffle and packing in place.
Running rough tune with U4.2 race gas.
156.06hp (and still not peaked when it hit the 10,200 rev limit)

hoping to see some 2-2 results here...seems that all the 2-1 and vmods are all close to eachother in HP....somewhere around 103 -108ish....

are the 2-2 alot lower?...keep em coming..this is awesome for us guys looking into which exhaust to buy....wish we had a thunderheader there that day...

thanks for that info v-rod255.....so I guess that is real proof that the 2-2 will be less HP on same dyno same day....2-1 does make more power....It seems most the 2-1 are real close....cant wait to see the THundehdr 2-1 on this same dyno,as i really like that sound the best.

Actually it was only 93.6 :spank:
It was blowing a good amount of black smoke as well. Looks like it's time for a retune..........or maybe a new pipe...........or turbo...............hmmm
