Looks very nice.
How much boost?
And what changed between run#1 and #2?

Thanks! Not bad for an old bike.

No boost--BB (1300cc) plus a 50HP shot of nitrous, which looks to be over-achieving, as on an average dyno, this build's put down 138HP NA for the past 10 years.

Run 2 was actually run 3 (the dyno didn't record run 2 for some reason), and, since I don't have a purge solenoid (yet), I think run 1 didn't get a full shot. Other than that, no changes at all. Both bottles were full when they were opened for run 1.

NEW:
Walbro 255 fuel pump
5 bar fuel pressure regulator (and corresponding tuning adjustments)

186.78 HP - down a bit, but AFR's are in much safer ranges. I'm getting way way too much fuel in the rear cylinder on the nitrous, but that creates a nice opportunity to refine the tune and find some more HP.

Here's a video of the dyno run:

Continuing to push it:

Year: 2004
VRSCA
1250 bore
Destroyer Crank
1MM oversized valves w/ Jones springs
Jones 480/455 cams
Destroyer TB
Destroyer injectors
VRFI-III
Boss NOSS dry kit w/ fueler
2x30 HP nozzles
Walbro 255 fuel pump
5 bar fuel pressure regulator
Fitzgerald Motorsports crank brace
Fitzgerald Motorsports billet oil pan
Fitzgerald Motorsports clutch basket
New HD slipper with Barnett springs

The first 3 runs were just motor, then sprayed on the last 2. The fuel pump/regulator work I did last year got me about 1.5HP on motor too--this motor's never broken 140HP until now.

Damn that's stout sburke91! IMHO if that engines stayed together why go Turbo or S/C'er ? I'm not a big NOS fan but here when managed correctly it's a hit outta the park - and without NOS the engine is awesome on it's own so why lug around a big ugly weighty Turbo or S/C setup ? just get the power when you really need it, enjoy N/A flexibility and simplicity the rest of the time - Win Win. Learned afterwards these bikes have a cold rev limiter until they're warmed up. So for now this is what I have up to 8k rpm:

That was my original plan when I built the motor in 2008/2009--streetable power everyday, but with enough strength to take a 'small' shot of nitrous. I think I've gone a bit beyond the 'small' concept, but it's a great Jekyl/Hyde combination now, although a bit sad when the bottles go dry :D

Here's a video of a pull a few days later--due to the weather it didn't quite eek out 200, but 199 isn't bad:
