WHY I am posting this here, I do not know as none of ya will make it out for this. I just might though. Lots of friends will be there and MULTITUDES of bikes to check out. (I love to look at pretty bikes)

If I'm wrong, (doubtful) and one of you will be there. Lemme know and we can have a beer.

Come Be A Part Of History

In 1920, the San Francisco Motorcycle Club and the Pasadena Motorcycle Club
joined other motorcycle clubs and riders for the first Gypsy Tour rally at Pismo
Beach, California. Five Gypsy Tours were held at Pismo Beach including runs in
1920, 1923, 1926, 1927 and the last one in 1929 that included a historic panoramic
photo.
Please join us September 18th & 19th as we celebrate the 90th anniversary of
the first Gypsy Tour to Pismo Beach, and renew this time honored tradition with
the Pismo Beach Motorcycle Classic.

Saturday, September 18th, this FREE event is open to the public as riders from all
over California and the West Coast will convene in Pismo Beach, CA.
A ride from Northern
California is being organized by the San Francisco Motorcycle Club (http://sf-mc.org/) and a ride
from Southern California is being organized by the Pasadena Motorcycle Club
(http://pasadenamc.com/). The first 200 registered riders from each location will automatically
receive a ride pin commemorating their historic ride to Pismo Beach.

Riders will meet prior to check in at the Rock and Roll Diner located at 1300 Railroad Street in
Oceana, CA.

Rider check-in begins at 1pm. The first 500 registrants will receive a gift bag and an event pin.
Pre-registration is recommended to ensure you receive your gift bag of goodies and the event
pin, as these historic limited edition pins are sure to sell out quickly.

Saturday highlights include:
The FREE public event kicks off with a NOT TO BE MISSED opening ceremony starting at
2pm featuring the Vandenberg Air Force Base Honor Guard.
Motorcycle show with trophy winning categories for Modern Custom (1986 – present), Classic
Custom (1985 – older), Gnarliest Bike (Rat Bike), People’s Choice and Judges Choice.
For riding to the Pismo Beach Motorcycle Classic, trophies will also be awarded for Highest
Man Miles, Long Distance Club and Highest Club Participation at the event.
* LIVE music featuring the bands Tiny Television, The Blessings and RubberSideDown
* Raffle for prizes throughout the day
* Limited edition historic ride pins
* Limited edition historic t-shirts
* Radio station 91.1 The Fox will be broadcasting live
* Beer garden
* Bikini bike polish
* Over 20 individual vendors

Sunday, September 19th, registered riders and participants for the panoramic photo will
check in at 8am and gather for the historic photo shoot at the N. Main Street parking lot located
at 332 Main St. in Pismo Beach, CA.
* Photo will be taken at 9:30am sharp!
* Same day registration for the panoramic photo will also be available
* Everyone that registers for the historic panoramic photo taken on Sunday will receive a copy!
* Coffee and doughnuts will be provided by AmpSurf – Donations will be accepted
Mail in ride registration must be post marked no later than September 8th, 2010
Deadline for online ride registration is September 15th, 2010
