Whomever installed his windshield, didn't move the front turn signals down to the front fork.

Not all the windshields require moving the turn signals to the front forks. Just the big touring one.

Personnally, I also prefer them on the front forks.

I don't know about part ownership of UNDIAN, but he certainly doesn't only have total loyalty to HD. He did get paid to plug (or had some interest) in UNDIAN.

You are correct. Here's a shot of Peter (he's the guy on the left :rofl2: ) talking with me while I was working security at the Love Ride in Glendale, AZ. He was on a Roadking with plates that read BD2BONE. I was asking him if he knew where his cellphone was since I'd found it laying on the ground earlier. He was saying "yeah, man...it's in my saddlebags...thanks again, man..." He sounded like he did almost 3 decades ago in the film. How about that helmet?
