Just remembered, that I would let everyone know how my order with PM went.

I ordered the PM "Monico" wheel four weeks ago. At that time they told me it would be shipped on October 3rd. They called me today and said that the wheel would ship today.

Seems as tho thier back order problem has been eased.

that one's pretty, too, John. Would match that fancy swingarm.

Yup, Mr. King, the rear is still solid and chromed. Would look really nice if I didn't have the worthless leather saddlebags covering it.

I ordered my wheels in the beginning of MAy and Got them in the middle of August. I was told four to five weeks. I think they suck for delivery. Wheels are nice though....

I received my wheels in 5 weeks but they sat for 6 weeks waiting on rotors and rear pulley. If the wheel is the only thing your getting from them... then ya can feel good about it. If you get matching rotors or anything else... don't get too excited just yet. Donald

For my set-up, the pulley took the longest to come in. Over-all it took about 3 weeks for the wheels, rotors, calipers, and pulley to arrive.

This took place during the month of July.
My pulley was the last thing to come in too, but my order took a total of 10 weeks.

Your bike is going to look sweet with the new wheels!

Always slower than Molasses in January!

:2cents: The couple of times I've had to deal with PM; they were very slow, and had lots of trouble making good on their commited dates of delivery. I bought some brake stuff (Caliper and Bracket) for my old Suzuki Intruder, and was very frustrated for about 3 months while talking on the phone and waiting for the stuff to be built, then delivered. That was a few years back. Hope they are better these days. :2cents:

I wonder if orders that are coming from Harley dealers are receiving higher priority than private person orders.

I ordered wheels, brakes, pulley, rotor(all monaco stufff) in mid july and had all the parts by the second week of August. Roughly 2.5 weeks.

Interesting.

Guess that's why I don't see a lot of PM stuff on the road. People get tired of waiting for orders to be fullfillled and go elsewhere.

I ordered PM Trinity set up on June 22. Was given a ship date of August 24. Then started hearing rumors that you might as well add at least 2 weeks to what they tell you. I cancelled the order and got in on the Weld group buy. Same amount of $$ as the PM without rotors. Weld deal was eveything.

I placed my PM chrome El Dorado's order July 15, and as of now have both wheels, 1 rotor. Still waiting on the other 2 rotors and pully.

Told 10 weeks is the quickest for everything. 4 more weeks to go.
