Starting to research tuners and I like the auto tune option for the PCV but the PCV appears to only be for bikes from my 2009 and up. I know there are physical differences in the 08 an 09 pipes but is there another difference that would prevent use on earlier models?

No, the PCV can be used on older models. We are using one on my girlfriends 2006.

That is what I thought but every dealer I look at and the PC site says 09 and up.

i have a 08 NRS with a pcv that i got from fuelmoto. i actually called them when i seen the package because it said 09 and up, but it'll work no problem.

i have a retro fit pcv on my 03 from fuel moto and it works great
fuel motos maps seem to work great as well
