Need help with PCV error code 304 when connenting to PC

Can I please have some help, from the guys who know about power commanders.?

I have bought a new PCV with a V-MOD custom map installed.

I want to save the map in case anything goes wrong in future, or I want to load another map.

I have installed the PC software from the CD and the PC can see the tuner, shows serial no. etc and the lights are lit on the tuner power green and status flashing red.

However when I try to get the map I have an error code304, what's wrong, I have messed about all afternoon with this.

I think I have been able to update the firemware from the website and down load the V rod maps onto my PC from the website.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have now got it working, the problem appears to have been that there was no map on the tuner to upload. I have sent maps down and taken them back up from the tuner successfully now.
