Here is my dilemma. I will be converting my '10 DX from a factory setup to the following: VnH 2-into-1 Indy Comps, topless, Amsoil filter, and PC-V with Autotuner. I will be performing these changes over at my buddy's house one weekend. He runs his PC-III on his Windows laptop. I run Linux (no Windows shell) on mine. Does the PC-V program support Linux? If not, can I load the PC-V program on his laptop without altering his PC-III program? Or do the programs need to be run on separate laptops?

You can run them on the same computer. You will need to download the disk that came with your PC-V. I have both programs on my Laptop and have no issues
