I fabricated a rear fender today...LOL...it's just sheet metal with no compound curves. My tins are at Krazy Karl's for more paint work, and since the tail/brakelight is integrated into the inner fender, I couldn't use my OEM LRS rear fender. So I made this as a cosmetic temp. Looks like ANODIZED!!!...

Ummmm.......

Best rear fender I've seen in a while....... would really consider buying something like that. I think it shows off the kick @ss 240 rear.

Got a pic taken from the rear?

Hey...this is definitely a shadetree deal. Because I have no English Wheel or the skills to use one, this is a temporary hack job. My rear tire is a 200, but I usually run an OEM chopped rear fender that should accommodate a 240 with the saddle bag brackets removed...

Yours and lux, prolly among others. I am beginning to like the look of full coverage, but the look I have been going for is lean and sleek...."minimal".

So why the shrouded front fender?...I dunno...I just like it.

I was never a fan of the short rear fender. It reminds me of a sport bike to much I guess, but as long as you like it that's all that matters. :thumb:

It is when I'm sitting on it, and that's the best time to be "slammed."
