I wish Old Man Winter would hurry up and move on! I'm getting the itch to ride my NRS.
Not much to do but wait and have a few cold ones. I guess I could dust off my snowboard.....

Hmm. It just dumped 7" of snow just 3 days ago in my neck of the woods.
Yet just 300 kms away in Edmonton, some hearty souls were riding at 5 C last Saturday when I was there. Edmonton area did not get the snow dump. Not here though, the roads just melted and the sand, salt is very thick in places. No one is riding here, yet.
I will be waiting for a while longer it seems.

That sucks especially when you have a sparkling new bike ready to roll! We've had a fair bit of rain here to wash off the roads but looks like Old Man Winter wants one last crack at it. Here's hoping the road crews don't dump any salt...just in case.

Well Old Man Winter has officially packed his bags......

Got out on my NRS this past weekend. I only managed to burn off $10 worth of gas but if felt great! Took it easy (mostly) as it will probably take a few more rides to get back into the "swing of things".

Ride Safe everyone....

Old man winter is hitting my area really hard today! Up to 20 cm of snow or more!
Sigh... The wait continues.
That really sucks! You must be itching to ride your new VROD....
I've only had time to ride during the weekends (so far) but the weather has been dry, cool (perfect IMO) and mostly sunny! I've managed to burns off a few tanks of fuel on solo rides. It will pick up when my riding buddies dust off their bikes....

Yes it truly sucks. This morning everything is white again with ugly road surfaces even for cages.
It is like an itch that cannot be scratched. Just have to grin and bare it though.
I am glad though that you are able to go for rides and feel the exhilaration of 2 wheels on your NRS. Keep on vrodding!

Springtime

Honestly, I don't know how you guys do it.....having ur machines put away for months....shoveling all that white stuff.....crap on the roads. Heres hoping you have some good days ahead!

Don't dust off the snowboard, dust off that passport and come on down!
Little windy today but perfect temps for riding to and from work.
