I am looking at the VRFI III to install on my 2009 Night Rod and assume that I will run into tolerance issues with installation of the longer O2 sensors with this Kit. I have read that they can be tweaked using an 18mm bolt, and am wondering if anyone has any advice on what to look out for when doing this? The factory rear O2 sensor is already close to the cylinder casing on the back cyclinder and when I proceed with this project I want to do it properly the first time.

Thanks in advance

you'll need to get the bung good and red hot using a welding torch (home depot plumbing torch won't work) and then "tweak" it to get the clearance you need.
