I was reffered over to this forum, I didnt know it existed. I'm glad to see so many people happy with thier bikes, gives me a warm fuzzy feeling! well mainly because the v-rod is my lively hood, and I've been doing my part to make sure you all get a quality motorcycle. you see..I was involved with the assembly line launch here in Kansas City, and now I assemble the motors. I plan to stay with this product line as long as Harley will let me. so if you have any questions or concerns let me know and I'll do my best to answer them or get an answer for you. or at least refer you to some one that can. Thanks for the bandwidth and hope you all enjoy your V-rod experiences :ride:

One thing I would like to ask, I know the plant has a no picture policy. Is there any chance that they have a package or a couple of pictures that have been slated as releasable to the public that I could post in the gallery of V-rods during assembly?

:welcome:

I drive by the KC plant a couple of times a week when visiting friends just North of Kansas City.

First of many insider questions. The last time I toured the plant one of the guys came off the line and said if I got a copy of my V-ROD's "birth papers" from the original dealership and sent them to him, he would have everyone who manufactured my V-ROD sign them. I contacted my dealership and the only thing they had was the "certificate of origin", is this to what he was refering?

Anyway, welcome. :thumb:
