i have just installed a thundermax auto tune on my 08 vcaw with a bassani 2 into 1 short meg exhaust, and i cant get it to start. the firmware wont upload to the newest version saying that its not compatible but i should be.any info would be helpful thanks:chainsaw:

i have my son who is REALLY good @ this shit doing the install and he did follow the instructions to the letter, we have been talking to t max people and we were sent new files that we will be installing.the story is we download the firmware and the program asks to update and we do and then it says that the new firmware is not compatible!!!if this does not work i will be trying the old ecm but i think that is not the issue cause it was running before all this started. also i found that my rear ex pipe had a 4 inch long crack in it!!! no wonder she was popping when i closed the throttle fast! it was under the heat guard and at idle hardly any gases were coming out so i didnt feel it! when this problem is over i will post about it with pics too

GOT IT STARTED!!!!!!! a plug that was never fully connected up under the rad cowling disconnected completely when i pulled on the front o2 sensor!!! found it did a re connect. t max on and off 3 times for 30 second each cycle and WOW !!its so ****ing loud now!!! sounds like a bike should!!!thanks guys for all your help on this and i gotta call t max and tell Robbie in tech support . i was putting the old ecm back in when i saw the problem. wow i was really thinking to stop screwing with my bike for now on, but i fell way better now, thanks again for all your imput.

yeah my son is on top of that for me,cant wait to get out a kick it!!
