I just noticed today that one of the retainer rings that connects the rear brake rotor to the center part that bolts to the wheel is missing. I have RC componet wheels and the rotors have the inner circle part that matches the rim. When I look at one of the remaining 5 closely it appears that there are threads and the retainer is two parts that can be replaced. Anyone have one or know where I can get one asap. The rotor looks good, not sure how long I have been riding that way. Helppp.:moped:

Bump: anyone have any ideas on where to get the retainer. I checked RC components on-line and they dont have any rotors that use that type of connector. They look like oem rotors with a new center part to match the rims.

Can you post a pic of the rotor. I think I know what you are referring but need to see it to confirm it. Thanks, Bryan

I found this on RC's website: http://www.rccomponents.com/dragproducts/dragrotors.aspx It appears that they changed the floating rotor design on the regular bike rotors but for drag racing they still use the traditional buttons. I'm sure if you call them they would be able to hook you up with what you need.

Thanks very much for the help. I emailed RC and they never responded so I didn't call them because I figured they couldn't help me, my bad. I will call them tomorrow, wonderful.
