One of the screws head is stripped where I can't get a grip on it. Any suggestions on how to get it out?

Probably only solution is drill the head off it. The rest should unscrew easily once the housing is seperated.

Using a #25 instead of a #27 huh? By now, a drill is your friend.

The left side came out fine but the right was the problem. Drilled them out and now all is good. Next I've got to figure out how to get the wires out of the bars without cutting the wires.
