These are probably pretty simple procedures, but I wanted to get some advice before I start.

Clutch Lever: I know that there is a little spring that has to be removed first, but, if I don't have the bent needle nose, how do i remove it -- and then what is the rest of the procedure?

Right Front Signal: The bullet shaped signal that hangs from the master cylinder assembly on the handle bars actually hits and dents my airbox cover on a full right crank of the bars. (The left side has about 1" clearance.) How do I adjust it so that there is ample clearance, and while I am at it, I would like to change out the steel/alu shaft that they hang from to chrome. Any advice as to how to do this (and where to get the chrome shafts and bolts, etc.) will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much.

For your clutch lever, you need some small snap ring pliers. You can get some cheap ones at Autozone but I suggest you get a good set from sears. This bike is full of snap rings and they will be a good investment. Once you remove the snap ring, just push the pin out and the lever will come off. Reverse the procedure to replace the clutch lever.

For your signals. They are mounted to a swivel bolt. You can just grab and adjust by force if they are not to tight. Otherwise, give them a half turn to loosen them up and try again. A better solution would be to relocate the turn signals using the harley turn signal relo kit. It's a cheap and easy mod and it really cleans up your bars.
