I'm not sure I'd call that a new v-rod but how about the street Bob or the fat rod since it looks like they just combined the street series with the fatbob.

Just noticed the lack of an air filter hanging off the side of it. I know its preproduction, but any chance they stuck air filter back on top where it belongs? If so, that would likely put the tank back under the seat.
