FastVRSCA, Do you have a scanner or digital camera to take a picture of that letter?

Thanks

Lol, DrewBoy! You can't possibly be more amateur than me!

Got my letter today, called the dealer. They've been notified by HD and have a list of 19 v-rods they've sold for which HD will be sending them the part. Svc mgr said the parts aren't in yet, so no point in bringing the bike into the shop yet.

I wonder exactly which fuel management problem(s) this flange will solve?

Val this it to fix the low pressure and no power above 3,000 rpm that several owners have complained about. I got my letter for Jeannies bike today.

Got my letter a couple days ago. Called Chick's H-D in Albuquerque to schedule an appointment. The service department at Chick's was not aware of the fix.

I talked to H-D customer service this morning 10/22, they said that the dealers have been notified electronically about the fix and should they should have immediate access to the replacement part.
