I know i should post this in another area, but this will see more traffic. I am looking for a PC3 map.

16ga se with the baffles moddified by Steve at V-mod
Semi topless
K&N Air filter
Stage 1 download

Steve sent me the PC3 with the map already installed, but i am not sure it is the right map. It does not say moddified baffles on the map...also having some issues with the map....just need to compare with someone elses map to see if it will help.

I just D-Modded my pipes, and was running a little lean as I had a stutter around 3000 RPM's. I listened to Kurt who had been running the 016 map from PowerCommander. It cleaned it up and seems to have better power across the full range of RPM's.

Nval8/V rod255 - I would be very interested if you could email me your maps so I could compare them. Please email me a copy.

I am useing the same map as you...the 016. However, when i spoke with V-mod they said they had a different map then the 016 and said they would install it. However it is the same map as the 016. However i am getting some pop on decel with it...other then that it runds strong, but notice the fans seem to run more.....like it is running hot. Steve said to check for exhaust leak....does this make sense? i am only having some slight pop on decel.

also....if my bike did not have the ECM flash and i am running the 016 map...would that cause the issues i am having? my bike came with the 16ga and the K&N filter so i assumed it was flashed since it has always ran great.

Also...i am semi topless now...will going topless help lean out the pop?....as i assume pop is to much gas in the motor when i let off the throttle.

If your bike didn't have the ECM flash, it will make a major difference if you used the map for a flashed bike. You can either have the dealer check the ECM to see if it was flashed, or try the map for an unflashed bike. See if it improves, and if not, reinstall the 016 map.
