Welcome to the FORUM!!!

I used a heat gun and fingers. A lot of guys around here just yanked them off. The double sided tape residue will roll right off with your thumb. It's fast easy and good looking.

I've heard that dental floss works well although I haven't tried it myself yet.

Heat gun, but any hair dryer will do. Warm them up, and they come right off.
Don't install shocks shorter than 14.5 inches - you could hit the fuel tank.

Hair dryer or heat gun . . . Changed out my springs (Hyperpro - front and rear) and fork oil - lowered the bike an inch w/Arlen Ness Slam kit and fork adjustment. I love the ride . . . a really worthwhile mod. :D
