Im trying to remove this thing right now and I cant get it to budge(not a small guy either). Do they put this thing on with red loctite?

Any advice to get this thing off?

The lower tree has the stem and bearing pressed in. The nut is on the top tree.

He said bolt,not nut.

These bolts can be tight from the corrosion that builds on them.Plus sometimes the factory uses yellow lock tight that is some tuff stuff after a while.I havn't had any luck w heat on the yellow thread locker that Harley uses.
Try using a little force by putting an extension on the socket and cracking it with a brass hammer a couple of times.If it's stuck hard,get an impact driver and use this.Try hitting it clockwise a couple of times too.

Use this type impact driver.

Right under my finger as I read the part that said "Loosen pinch bolts on bottom triple clamp"

I think I wasnt clear in my original post, Im trying to remove the fork tubes, not the actual triple trees themselves

Got it off...with much effort and a pry bar. The other one wasnt bad. Not sure what thats about
