I just completed intall of a new larger "Ricks" gas tank. I am now in the process of installing a Legend air suspension. On a normal instal one would put the compressor where the carbon filter normally goes. Now with the larger tank that option is out. If anyone out there has gone thru this, where did you put your compressor??
I am also looking for a better type or system for lowering and raising the suspension, than what was included with the package (handlebar switches), any ideas on this??

Most people have been running the compressors in the airbox.

Ozzy, here are 5 pics of my compressor in the airbox. As far as the actuator switch, I used a standard toggle switch. I took a small "L" bracket and smashed it straight. Then drilled a hole in the lower airbox on the right hand side. I attached the flattened bracket to the airbox and dropped the toggle just below the framerail where my right thigh goes. That pic is also attached. You can not see the switch from the side of the bike when standing. I also did it with the odometer button. Blue circle in pic is odo button and yellow is the toggle for air.

No problems at all. The airbox is pretty stuffed. I've got the TSSM and air compressor in there and have no issues at all. Remember with the stock setup all of the air flows through a 2" diameter hole. The clear plexi is necessary for the airbox cover I'm using.
