With 13.7K miles I haven't had any water related problems until yesterday. I must have hit the left grip area when I soaked it down because I had to remove the turn signal switch housing and dry it out to restore operation.

Anybody else have a problem with the left turn-signal button?

I had to replace the switch, drying just wouldn't do it after several times. I suspect water getting in is a sign of an upcoming failure. These are supposed to be sealed switches.

Another one here with same switch problem. Dealer got it wet while washing my bike. They covered it under 1 year warranty. It worked fine after it dried, but I had them replace it anyway to avoid some later problems with it.
