I recently installed 24 leds on my bike and they work fine all day long as long as I don't run the bike. The minute i go out for a ride upon return the fuse is blown. I've already gone form a 3.5 amp to a 10 amp fuse. I don't beleive i have a short because i can't get the fuse to blow no matter how much a move the wires at every connection or led itself. Does anyone have any ideas on how to figure what my problem is? I bought the lights on Ebay from Joe Florida. When I spoke with him he states I've got to have a short somewhere. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.

what circuit are you pulling power from, or did you tap direct to the battery?
if you turn the lights off before starting the bike, then on after the bike is running, do you still have the blown fuse issue?

The instructions were to connect direct to the battery. I can use the lights while its running, but don't. Then at the end of my trip when i go to check them the fuse is blown again.

all that comes to mind is a faulty switch or transformer.

It's shorting somewhere. Weather thats at the control box, or in the wiring. Something is shorting.

24 LED's should draw next to nothing, so a 3.5 amp fuse should be plenty.

I would start looking at ALL the wires.
