Just replaced my Jiffy Stand bushing ON MY 04..The top was like new bottom was shot.My question the mount for the lower bushing is egg shaped and bushing slide around. Is this normal? Or did it wear out and egg shape the mount?

The lower hole is oval by design. This allows the arm to swing in and out of the locking mechanism. You don't actually think that bronze bushing would wear the steel frame out? It's normal, as the bronze bushing is the sacrificial part and the lower wears out faster due to the amount of rubbing it sees on each up and down of the kick stand as you lean the bike over.
