I have the D&D 2 into 1 ,short stacks,SE air filter, and 28t sprocket. Anyone have a good starter map for me? I have an appointment at wild boar hd in Hudsonville MI. to get it dyno tuned but was hoping to get a head strart. Not to mention maybe a few quick trips around town. the appointment isn't for 2 weeks. Thanks in advance for the help.

You and I are in the same boat.I have the TT's.There isn't a map for my pipes.I'm gonna start tuning this weekend, using the data mode.

Are you sure the D&D are equal length?because I've read that if you don't have equal length then you don't need the shorter stack for the front cylinder.

I did'nt put the shorter stack on because of the pipes, it was necessary because of my custom works air box cover.

I can almost help you. I also have the D and D 2-1 system, not the short stacks and I just spend $$ for 5 hours of dyno tuning. Problem is the tech could not get the map off of the computer, as the floppy and cd-burner was not working. I initially had a serious lean condition between 3-4k and he took care of that. It did not change the end resulting numbers much, 111 hp and 77 lbs of torque.

Unfortunately I was heading out of town that day so I could not spend too much time trying other means of getting the file off of his computer. Having said that, I will try and call him tomorrow to see if he made any progress in getting off.

On a side note, I took the bike home(lafayette, la) this past week(end) and got tons of compliments on the new sound.

Yes they do, but I did exactly what they said and had a serious lean condition. After emails with the Tech there, he recommended a tech that in his words (is one of the best and he creates all of our maps for us). I then replied and said that, if custom maps were used to generate those hp numbers, customers should be told and in fact I asked for him to provide the RT map to me. He never replied. I love the sound, performance, and look of the exhaust, but it my opinion their results are questionable.

Ron,

You really need to push them to get a copy of your map into your hands. If their computer crashes or someone overwrites the file then you can NEVER reload your ECM with the 5 hours of work YOU paid for.

For me it would be. "fork over a floppy or a credit slip for the 5 hours labor".
