Hi,

Does anyone know how much the ignition angle between the two cylinders is for a 60 degree Revolution engine (VRSCA)?

If you call 0° TDC for the front cylinder then the front cylinder fires at 0° + ECM advance and then the rear cylinder fires at 300° + ECM advance. The front cylinder fires again at 720° + ECM advance and then the rear cylinder fires at 1020° + ECM advance. Etc., etc. Spark advance is controlled by a look-up table stored in the ECM and ranges from 0° to 50° depending on RPM and MAP (manifold air pressure) reading = load. At idle the spark advance is usually set to be 20°. This means the front/rear ignition angle is 300° and the rear/front ignition angle is 420°.
