I just got this bike and I'm trying to lower it. I'm 5'5" and 130lbs. I am having a really hard time finding a lowering kit or fork springs to help lower this bike. I'd like at least a 2" drop, please help! Thanks.

That's the cheap way, under $100. Or pay over $400 for Works Performance shocks.

Front end - raise the forks in the trees. There are threads on this; do a search.

Seat - take bike to a seat guy who can rework the seat pan, shave down the foam then form it to your butt, and install a gel pad.

Boots - 2" heels, double zippers make them easy to take off and put on.

I'm your height. Inseam is 28". I did the WP shocks, seat shave, and boots. Not done the front forks, probably won't. I like the fork caps and you have to remove those to raise the legs.

Interested in the lowering kit, checked the links and cannot find any information on them, also checked ebay, could only find 1" kits.

Does anyone have information on where to buy the 1.75 kit?

Thanks,
SRK

For instant success, let the air out of tires. ....you'll bottom out anyhow.

My only concern lowing these things is having the swing arm cross member striking the plastic fuel cell. Measure with the shocks fully compressed ( remove the springs ) and be careful.
