Purchased January 04 and 1084 miles currently. I'd have more but, I have 2 other bikes to split my riding time with.

32,145 as of right now. Purchased early April 2002, but I count the miles from Labor Day 2002. (Crashed late May 2002 with a little under 500 miles - "getting used to a new bike" syndrome. Once I got off crutches, the miles starting piling up :D )

Picked it up when I got back from Korea at the end of July last year and have 12650 on it in just under a year. No major problems except the damm fuel gauge. I just live with it.

Going in for 15K service tonight. New rear tire, I think, (went on at 9500, high wear in the center - too many Texas straight roads) and will have them put the front on in the right direction!

Come on guys, I've only had it 2 weeks.
Have just under 600.
Just changed oil at 506 and noticed the fuel smell mention in some threads.
Also original oil was a strange color, kind of greenish. Seems to shift smoother now though.
Just used the H-D 20-50 as the dealer will do it again at 1000 miles. May swicth to Syn 3 then.

0992 - definately change to syn, you'll notice the difference in lower noise, better shifting, and cooler (less fan time).

I put a set of Howards dual air horns on my rod. Had to make my mounting bracket. Very simple. Placed compressor under old horn bell.

Getting the 17,500 check as we speak, (and chrome front sliders), as well as new neck bearings (under extended warranty). Otherwise, no probs.
