I have searched the forum and not found a complete solution. I have tried reversing the bracket on the cowbell, but it isn't enough - I want to loose the cowbell altogether. Anybody help please?

You might be able to drill a small hole in the botttom of the airbox and pass the wires thru there, then bolt the horn through the side of the airbox. Don't expect much sound out of it though.

You can also just buy a sport bike horn and locate it wherever. They don't have all the size that our horn has, much smaller.

other (higher or dual tone) horn would be better noticed too i think.

My horn is loud as [email protected] although I have never used it on the road. I'll try and find a rubber grommet bung to fill in the hole and feed the wires through. Will need to work out what to do with the tab that the horn was bolted through.
