B model had black frame and partial black engine.
A model is all silver.

From what I’ve found all parr’s are the same. I’ve bought VRSCA & VRSCB Parts for my trike and they all fit no problems ether

I think the speedometer mounts are different. The a model looks kinda like a molded in V shaped mount that bolts to the A specific handlebars. The B model has a modular set up and is much easier to change bars.
