The bike is 2008 V rod and it not oil
Not oil, so it's either coolant for fuel. Two things can happen on a tip over. Coolant can exit the overflow vent line and a small amount of fuel from the gas tank until the valve closes. Both lines exit at the bottom of the bike via hoses hanging slightly below the bike between the tank and engine. Both will dry up and the leak should stop once the bike is upright.
