What the *&&^## I pulled off the side radiater cover loosened the jamb nut ...removed the cotter pin....but one cannot turn the whole brake assembly in a turning manner to remove...it hit the radiater..the manual says thats the way to do it????:confused:


*******thx got the b!tch had to remove the pin though!!

vilzrod.......When you remove the foot peg this should allow you to rotate the brake lever enough to remove the cotter pin and pin .The pin is a tight fit so a punch and hammer should help with this. Still have a problem drop another line. Good luck Greg

I was able (albeit with some force) to remove the pedal without removing the radiator parts. Punch and hammer ARE required. Do not remoce the ciirclip on the master cylinder. That is a bitch to get back.
