So i took the advise of buying a repair manual but it wont arrive for a few days. Instead of waiting for it can anybody tell me what the torque specs are for the front and rear rotors and do I need locative?

Brake disc bolts, front 22-33 Nm 16-24 ft-lbs
Brake disc bolts, rear 41-53 Nm 30-38 ft-lbs

Personally I would use use a light to medium strength Loctite on the bolts. Others may disagree.

LocTite Blue for the bolts that you have referred to. For smaller fasteners or fasteners that can be a pain when thread lock is used then I have started using LocTite 222 (Purple). It is sufficient for preventing fasteners from turning but it can be easily defeated when you want to remove the fastener.
