Heel rests on my 04 B

Can anyone recommend a good heel rest kit that will be an easy bolt on to my stock forward mounted pegs. I found a few kits with the foot pegs. But I have all matching upgraded HD pegs that I don't want to replace with something different. If I can find a bolt on stirrup kit, I can at.least find similar heel pads.
