Her never ending abillity to baffle me has reared its ugly head... again!

There is a random click in the head tube when turning from lock to lock. Its random, happens on either side and is baffeling the do do out of me! Pulled the whole damn thing apart, all looks normal..... Any ideas?

It might be the bearing's taking a dump on ya. Maybe a race, did you check them too?

Is It Your Steering Head Lock? I Have A Clicking Noise From The Steering Lock When Turning Lock To Lock And Also Intermittent, Asked The Dealer To Fix It Today When They Serviced My Bike, It's Not Adjustable So Will Have To Live With It

The bearings come pretty dry from the factory, and considering you live in a salt environment, they could be taking a dump on you. Pull it apart and have a looksee.

Pulled them apart Look fine, but my eye ain't no micrometer! Maybe just order new????

Replace the bearings, they are dumping on ya!
