The bike to the right in said pic, is not a V-ROD/NRS.

But this I am sure you already know. So the bike in question, is a DYNA Street BOB I believe (could be wrong, go here and scroll left to see a fender I found that looks the same.

Are you sure its a Dyna? Looks like a Softtail to me. No visible shocks and the typical swing arm style.

With enough fabrication you can get any thing to fit. Need to find out who makes it and go from there. I googled for a while but didn't find it. Let us know if you find it.

Blacked out softail...probably a Rocker. Never seen that fairing though.

That failring actually looks like the guy took the front end of some scooter and cut it down.

Go to your local Harley, look at the 2011's and you will find the rear fender in question.
