So I bought my 2005 VRSCB a couple weeks ago and after inspecting the bike I had some questions for the previous owner.
I called the dealership and they talked to him.
He mentioned that it had a hammer clutch. I have tried to find some info about the clutch but I'm lost. Anybody else know who makes/sells a hammer clutch.

Never heard of that - sure it wasnt a slipper clutch...

Not sure, I've never had a bike with a slipper, but after riding a couple days I dont think so. If I downshift too soon the rear tire kinda slides, I thought a slipper stopped that from happening.
Could it be a clutch for a Victory Hammer???

The slipper clutch is on the later models. The dealers are clueless

But could be installed on all earlier models.
