I have no idea if any of you guys are into guitars or not but I own a shop and we specialize in high end guitars. If you're a Van Halen fan and are into high end, unique pieces, this one's right up your alley. The EVH Frankenstein is an exact replica of the guitar Eddie Van Halen made famous, the original is said to be worth way over a million dollars and is THE most valuable electric guitar on the planet. Only 300 of these replicas were produced worldwide and we have 2 of them available for sale. List price is $25,000.00. In the off chance anyone is interested, feel free to contact me. If not, enjoy the pics!

Matt :)

Hey Matt, I play guitar and I am a HUGE EVH fan. Those are pretty amazing replicas, though I can't imagine spending 25K for one though LOL!

So did EVH and Peavey end their partnership? I have been out of the loop for a number of years. I have a EVH Peavey Wolfgang guitar and love it.

I checked your website out, Very nice. What kind of deals do foru members get? :D

Nice pics. Too bad that what I do to a guitar is probably illegal in 43 states. Like my golf game, I'm not allowed as a matter of public safety.

The owner of the current company I work for was one of the founders and original partners in Taylor guitars, he tells me this was a big deal and that he went into cabinet making a few year to soon, Taylor guitars did something like 80 million in sales last year..

Must be like fine wine.

No offense but it looks like someone with some experience could throw one of those together for no more than 1k.

Perhaps you could make it 301 and get a new Vrod out of it!!

thing bout it is.. this guitar will never be worth less than what you paid for it.. it will only go up in value... it is a serious collector piece.. if they were cheaper and more were made it wouldn't be worth jack later on... it is a good investment.. the fender custom shop made this completely identical to the original.. even the reflectors on the back are the same brand as the ones eddie stuck on..

My husband's brother is a custom guitar builder at Jackson guitars and he is buying one! Says its an awesome investment. He has built guitars for Eddie VanHalen and I wouldn't doubt he had his creative hands in this one too. Not sure though, he was only telling me about it a few weeks ago. He is buying his for $15,000. (insider prices I guess!)

If you guys are buying Jackson's, you should look me up. We're probably one of the biggest Jackson/Charvel dealers in the world. And yes, the Frankenstien is expensive but a very good investment.
