Part number is 11519 (Bushing). You know they are not going to have it stock and will be a special order. Your closes hardware store should have rubber grommets that with also fit.

I recently picked up a whole set, airbox , coolant bottle and inlets for my 13 a while back. They are pretty durable and mine are still fine but wanted some spares for the hell of it. Dealer had to order them but only took a week. Dealers don't really stock much any more , not just v rod stuff but others as well.
