Have fun, I did :)... The install cd is excellent, very good instructions, just take your time, it will take you a good 10 hrs to install it if you take your time :)... But it's a great system, Nick is excellent to work with, everything fits right out of the box, no mod's or cutting, grinding, or any of that nonsense... You don't need special tools to put the turbo on, just your basic hand tools... What tuner are your running? I ran the T-Max, road my sweetheart for three years, hammered her all the time, she ran like a fine swiss watch, absolutely no problems with the turbo, put close to 7k on the motor with the turbo...

I'm up in RI and installed one on my '02 years ago. System is fairly easy to install. PM me if you need any help.

I am running the 26t pulley. Would it be better to go back to my 28t? or to possibly a 30t.

Welcome to the Tribe.

At least the 28T or if you plan on more highway riding you'll like the 30T.

The plug and play tune up installed with a RT is more than suffice for the average user. I've got three and haven't felt the need to use anything other than what Trask provided.

If you're not already, use these plugs as well. NGK DCPR9E.

Good Luck with the install. Hopefully Nick has improved the application for the Muscle as I had a hell of a time with Max installing mine.
I had the T Max and never got it tuned right.
Good Luck none the less.

For starters I would think about the T max.

Hard to tune in....just saying.

I have had both the PC and the SERT and no problems at all.

Good Luck with the tuners.

Also SERT has worked great for me for the past 3.5 years. I have not touched a single thing in the SERT for at least 2 years now.
