So does anyone know of a good pair of goggles that look great, and can be worn day or night? Or at least has interchangeable lenses?

Anyone try the Wiley X brand goggles? Supposedly the XL-2's can be worn day or night... but can't find any locally to try out.

I use the Panoptics with the day/night lense. They've been great! Now I can't imagine riding without them!
Our own GeneP will be back from the holidays soon - be sure to talk to him. I think he's still selling both Wiley X and Panoptyx at 20-25% (can't remember which) below retail to forum members.

After messing around with a bunch of different kinds, I've ended up using my Panoptyx by day and a cheapo pair with either clear or light yellow lenses for riding at night. The day/night lenses I've tried didn't get dark enough for me in the daytime. I've got a couple pairs with interchangeable lenses, and it's just another hassle to change out the lenses when I could be RIDING.
I know these are a UK based company but you can still see what's available and try to locate in the US.

I have a pair of Wiley-X XL-1's I got from Gene about 3 months ago and I love them. Just pop in the clear lenses after the sun goes down. It's the best $56 I've ever spent!
Thanks team...

GeneP!!! Can ya hook a brotha up??? :)
Gene can set you up nicely !
He is a member and V-Rod rider too.
I love the Panoptx.
Go to a Panoptx dealer and find the size/model that fits best and contact Gene. He will do you fine !

Got a pair just like your link off ebay for $36.00. Can be worn day or night and they are very comfortable. Have only used them one time for riding (weather cold) but seemed good. Also have the Wiley-X SG-1 with red and clear lenses but have not worn them. I think you could even wear red linse at nigh with just little darker vision. I know there will be no wind in the eyes and if you can get for $56.00 that is a "good guy" deal.
Get a pair of PANOPTX. They are flawless. Make sure you try them on since we have different head sizes. I have a small face frame so the smalles model they make are the "Viento". I purchased them at heavyglre.com and they give you a one year customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy on day 364, return them for a full refund.

Best regards,

I ended up getting a pair of Baruffaldi's from Eurocomponents in Daytona. I think they are the Predator model. Much slimmer design than the others I looked at. They have rubber rimmed lenses that you can change easily from day to night lenses. And swappable strap & temple stems. $50 bucks.
I use the Wiley X's when I perform jumpmaster duties during Army Airborne operations. This involves sticking your head out of an aircraft moving 135 knots and looking around for things like other aircraft and the dropzone. The Wiley's have work perfect allowing me to see without a problem.

Motorcycle use is, of course, not even a challenge to their capabilities.

Just my opinion though....
