Why not just custom adapt an aftermarket Walbro pump and the wiring? Been done many times.Cant find a fuel pump for a 2005 VRSCSE Vrod screaming eagle. Harley does not have and can not fabricate one. Because its a CVO model the pump has a different wiring harness than the stock models. Cant find one anywhere. I guess it will have to come from a parts bike? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
The Harley shop said that there is a special wiring harness that is required for the screaming eagle version that is needed to make all the electronics work. Thanks for responding. Why not just custom adapt an aftermarket Walbro pump and the wiring? Been done many times.

First mistake, listening to the Harley shop. They cannot think outside the box. Get a Walbro pump and just do a self wiring and hose conversion if needed to make it work Don't need special HD SE copper wire shit for a simple job like that. The Harley shop said that there is a special wiring harness that is required for the screaming eagle version that is needed to make all the electronics work. and i took a fuel pump from a twin cam and installed it into a bmw rt1100 then rode it around the nation coast to coast--pumps are all about the same --it doesnt hurt to take the pump pressure regulator along with the pump --bmw still running after 8 years of being a harley pumpFirst mistake, listening to the Harley shop.
