that will be equal to around the 78 dollars in our currency in New Zealand.its just a cotton reel filter worth mere dollars ,not that hd price,.got to try and find an automotive equalivent surely thats a sane price.im needing at least 3,so its getting expensive.

Interested in seeing what you come up with for a direct replacement. Agree, HD prices are stupid.

Take the old filter to your local Auto parts store and ask them to find one that is equivalent to it. Problem solved. It is not a very complex item.
