1st jack up the bike and secure it. Remove the front calipers with a 12 point 10 mm socket. Bungy cord them up so they don't hit anything.

Loosen the pinch bolts at the bottom of the right fork with a 5mm allen wrench. Use screwdriver thru the hole in the axle to hold while loosening the axle nut on the other side with a 15/16 wrench. (drink some beer)

While supporting the wheel, pull out the axle. Make sure you order chrome wheel spacers ahead of time (mine won't be here for 2 weeks).

Use 40W Torx bit to remove the brake rotors. Now drink a few beers and polish the break rotors, axle ends and rotor bolts (messy but looks great when all done).

Apply anti seize lubricant onto the axle. Install axle with spacers. Place screwdriver in axle hole to hold the axle while you torque the axle nut to 50ft lbs (take a drink of beer and start to admire it, your almost done).

Keep screw driver in axle hole, pull fork leg till the screwdriver just touches. Tighten the pinch bolts to 12ft lbs, making sure there is an even gap when they are tight.

Tighten brake calipers lower bolt first then the top bolt both to 32ft lbs. Stand back, drink the last of your six pack and admire. Job well done.

PS. Before Kaz or anyone else can give you hell on this web site make sure you remove you reflectors off the front forks. I used fishing line but you can use a heat gun or dental floss. Clean up with some mineral spirits.
Tomorrow night the rear tire with the 200 Metz.
