Just got an 09 Muscle and the front LED running lights do not work. The turn signals work fine. I've seen other 09 Muscles and their LED running lights work. Any ideas?

Our local Harley shop found the problem. An "International" turn signal module was installed at the factory. Running lights are not allowed in some European countries.
