hi guys ,if i want to go the reactor rear wheel and have to put on the s,e pulley its skinner than my belt so i have to put o a new skinnier belt do i have to change the front pulley as well????

Not all reactors are skinny. Only on the 06 SE bike. The 05 came with the reactors as you can order them straight off line and bolt it on without swapping the belt or pulley. To the question: yes if you are going to do a reactor 240 conversion with the skinny belt you should get a new front offset pulley.
