After reading some of the posts about pulling the reflectors from the sliders, I went home last night and tried it out. I pulled the ol’ hair dryer out and heated them up for about 2 minutes and pulled them right off. There was a bit of residue on mine but, I used some WD40 and it all wiped off nice and clean. It took less than 10 minutes and looks so much nicer in my opinion.

Just don't do it when it's 20*.A hairdryer didn't heat things up,so I just ripped them off.
